I loved the energy I felt in the office. The way the staff interacted with the children was great. The Dentist Dr. Chan made the kids feel very at ease with his demeanor. All in all, I would say this was the most positive experience we have had with the children at the dentist. Thanks a lot.

Thank you so much for a wonderful experience with the dentist. Dr. Chan, you are awesome!! My daughter Alicia has never opened her mouth at the dentist office. You were my second attempt to have a dentist look at my daughter. I think we both felt the good vibe. We both felt relaxed the moment we arrived in the office. With Alicia responding more to instinct since she is blind, she listens more. She responded beautifully. It was great and assistant Tia you were amazing and very informing. Thank you both for a wonderful experience. We will be back.

When we first moved to Reno in 1994, we inquired of the young families we met which pediatric dentist they would recommend. Each family wholeheartedly reported that your practice was the best in town. Over the past six years, our children have received exceptional care from your friendly and professional staff.
Today was no exception. We made the 45 minute commute, without complaint, from Carson City. we saw Lupe and Dr. Chan for the boys' six month check up. Lupe welcomed the boys and spoke with them in a warm conversational style. They opened up with her, sharing their dental care routine and concerns. She set them at ease and transitioned them well for Dr. Chan's check-up. Dr. Chan heard and responded to my parental concerns and inquiries. He related equally well to both of my sons. when it was discovered that both of my sons would need additional treatment, Dr. Chan recognized immediately the anxiety in one of my sons and casually invited me in another room to discuss the procedure. He also stood by the previous work your practice had done. Dr. Chan provided referrals for my other son's first orthodontic consult. The three of us left the office, well cared for, with smiles on our faces! Thank you so much again!

I wanted to thank all the staff who helped my 5 year old daughter Elise gets into dental surgery with Dr. Chan. They rushed to get her insurance approved. The process only took a week. The difference is amazing with Elise. She complains very little about her sugery-everything looks great with her. She was looking forward to coming back to the office to complete her dental work and look forward to the "free games". Now my little 3 year old wants to start getting her teeth work on here. Thank you for talking the fear out of Elise, and for getting the dental work done.
My child Julia Smith has been going to Dr. Austin's office. Dr. Teglia and the assistant Leslie have been very patient with her. Julia is special needs, and scared of noises and things that she doesn't see on a daily basis. The office is great because this is challgening for her. I also went to Dr. Austin for my other kids. I want to thank all the people and work they have done. They are amazing people. It is great to always see smiling faces and getting friendly phone calls. Once again thank you for all you do for our kids.
